Because you live in suburbia, if I have to move away from the city I would drive in no time. I don't what to be like my dad, he only drives around the block if search of parking spot every other day.
I don't doubt that! But you had (and have) family an needed to drive to the big supermarket at leas once a week i guess. I rarely need to drive anywhere and when I do I usually can find a ride. It's not efficient to have a car for me in Brooklyn with those prices for gas and insurance.
